EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 2009 - CONFIDENTIAL
Retail dealers who stock and display a variety of ORBITA WATCHWINDERS are the cornerstone of our business. Their customers, some of whom are impulse buyers, frequently purchase Orbita Watchwinders which are on display at their store and available for immediate delivery. Other customers, aided by a well-trained store staff, often purchase non-stocked Orbita products based on staff recommendations to the customer, with subsequent delivery either from the store or by drop shipment. For these Retailers committed to stocking our winders, we provide our best discount structure:
Standard Product Discount ........................50%
Special Quantity Discounts........................60% to 65%*
* For select single head Orbita watchwinders and subject to minimum quantity purchase
In addition, we provide Stock Retailers with Orbita product literature, media support, high resolution graphics, and Retailer website listings without charge. We do not provide goods on "memo". However, on select "big ticket" items, we do offer extended payment terms. Our "Roadshow" trailer is also available for on-site promotional events anywhere in the country. We also provide a password-protected Confidential Retailer Information Sheet on our website to announce advance new product releases, special "closeouts" or "one-time" purchase opportunities as well as a host of helpful Stock Retailer information. Payments are by Wire Transfer, Credit Card or Net 30 days for JBT listed firms.
Minimum Opening Order at Wholesale: - $5000.00 for Main Store - $2500.00 for Each Branch Store
Required Annual Purchases at Wholesale (based on calendar year): - $5000.00 for Main Store - $2500.00 for Each Branch Store
Non-Stocking Retailers
We recognize that some consumers with Orbita brand awareness may prefer to purchase Orbita products from local Non-Stocking Retailers with whom they have a long-standing personal relationship. In such cases, we will accommodate Non-Stocking Retailers by fulfilling an occasional order without any minimum order requirement. As we do not set up regular accounts with Non-Stocking Retailers, payment must be made at time of shipment by Wire Transfer or Credit Card.

We welcome beginning a dialogue at any time with a Non-Stocking retailer who wishes to become an Orbita Stocking Dealer.
